The customer is most likely the most important stakeholder to keep with their business as without a customer, there is nothing being sold which ultimately means that there is no profit. The customers are trying to influence ASDA by using competition with other supermarkets to try and get there high quality food as low price as they can. The customers at OXFAM are the people in need of the aid. They would expect their needs to be addressed in a timely and effective manner. This links with the aims and objectives of OXFAM which are to “help people claim the right to a better life”.
