• Charleston Braves Trip A Affiliate • Sponsor’s Rights & Responsibilities • Corporate Sponsor: $3,000 per Season • The Charleston Braves will place your sign near main entrance of Chase Bank stadium to identify you as a Corporate Sponsor. • The Charleston Braves will also provide one 24 x 32’ fence along the outfield wall for all fans to see. • We will have your company’s information along with a hyperlink to your website on your main website. • Sponsor will have the opportunity to throw out a ceremonial first pitch at the game of their choice. • Sponsor will be invited to attend other team activities as scheduled. • Sponsor will also get a team photo to hang in your business. • Platinum Sponsor: $2,000 per Season (2 Year Commitment) • The Charleston Braves will provide you with a 12 x 18’ sign that will lie across the outfield wall. • Guidelines for Banners • All signs shall be 24 x 32’, 12 x 18’, 12 x 14’ in size depending on the level of sponsorship. All signs will have a white background with red print. • All signs are to be made by a professional sign company chosen by the Charleston Braves. • The Charleston Braves reserve the right to reject any sponsor or sponsor’s logo, slogan, etc. that is deemed not appropriate. • No sign may endorse any illegal information, etc., that is not in the best interest of our fan base. • All signs will be in place no earlier than March 31st and removed no later than November 1st of that year. • It is the sole responsibility of the Charleston Braves to repair damaged signs due to vandalism, weather, excluding any normal wear and tear. • It is the sole responsibility of the sponsor to pay for changes to the sign i.e. phone number, colors, logo changes. • The sponsor agrees that the decision of the Charleston Braves concerning any sign is FINAL. • No sponsor will be able to pick their spot on the outfield fence.
