Anderson Silva once said, “Life is the continuous adjustment of internal relations to external relations. I think I’m constantly in a state of adjustments”. In the movie, Inside out by Pete Docter and Ronnie del Carmen depicts how a young girl is having trouble adjusting to a new life style, and how her attitude negative influences her inability to adjust to a new lifestyle. Inside out, illustrates Riley’s negative emotions impact her attitude, her inner thoughts, and eventually, spread to people around her.

“I do not like it here! It sucks, I do not know anyone, and nobody seems to like me here”. (Inside out movie” Riley has a negative mentality because has the negative idea of moving to San Francisco, which she doesn’t like so in her mind she is thinking that she isn’t going to like anything that is part of San Francisco. Her attitude carried over. The attitude that Riley has is influencing her mentality meaning that she will never adapt to San Francisco if she keeps her negative thoughts. She is so angry that she moved that she cannot enjoy or even give it a try to see if she likes the state. Riley’s parents attempt to sign up for sports, and other extracurricular activities to see if Riley will like it “Hey Riley I signed you up for clubs, and tennis after school. Tryouts are next week. Riley says, “what don’t you get that I don’t like it here” Riley’s mom has signed her up for some activities to get her to like the state but Riley is not even attempting to give it a try. The author of the movie does a great job of showing how emotion plays a key role in how a character thinks, and acts. Riley’s emotions have resulted in a negative mentality that doesn’t allow Riley to give the state a chance to see if she likes
