Pickton used to cruise into the city luring and attracting women to his farm under the cover of a registered charity, Piggy Palace Good Times Society, he then offered them money and drugs to women who were prostitutes and drug addicts from Vancouver's Downtown East side. Then drove them to the farm in Port Coquitlam.
