The author of American Wasteland, Jonathan Bloom, uses many techniques to steer readers in his direction. As a result of broad research, the main issue today is expiration dates and how state regulations and laws promote food waste (Linnekin). As other books, articles, and documentaries explain this issue they use evidence, positive and negative connotations, and bias to connect with a general audience or supporters.
Romeo and Juliet and Gnomeo and Juliet are two different stories with the same plot and meaning. One is the traditional story created by William Shakespeare while the other is a British-American movie that came out in 2011. In this essay it tells the differences between the two and how they relate and differ. Romeo and Juliet is a more young-adult play meant for older readers. The mood of the play was more sad and depressing because Juliet and Romeo were getting separated, they ended up dying in the end.
Love, is an intense feeling of deep affection for someone. Lust, is a passionate or overmastering desire or craving. Many think that these two words mean the same thing because they both include deep feeling. For Romeo and Juliet, however, these two simple words were completely different. These two “star crossed lovers”, as the book called them, were not in love but in lust.
Tybalt wanted to kill Romeo for being at the Capulet party, but he was quickly stopped in order to prevent fighting. Ever since then, Tybalt has had the idea to kill Romeo.

Romeo was furious that Tybalt had killed one of his best friends, so he decided to jump in. However, The Montagues and Capulets aren't supposed to brawl in the public, so Romeo got banished from Verona because of his behavior. He blames the killing of Tybalt on fate because he believed it was “destined to happen” even though it was Romeo’s decision to continue the violence. Similarly, at the beginning of the play, once Juliet laid eyes on Romeo, she wanted to marry him. She directs the nurse to go find out Romeo’s identity and if he had a wife.
Romeo gets caught in a bad situation with Tybalt because of the lies, and can’t seem to find a way out of it. Romeo should’ve told the truth because now he can’t fight Tybalt. Also because of the lies Juliet must stay true to Romeo and decline Paris’ marriage proposal. Romeo and Juliet happen to be loyal to each other because of their lies, not love. Each lie causes more problems.
However during the play the family feud between the Capulets and montagues leads to Tybalt fighting Romeo for juliet and that's when tybalt is killed and romeo is banished. This leads to Romeo and Juliet being never to see each other again which makes them kill themselves. In essence Tybalt should
