Emily diaz Romeo and Juliet focused on two lovers that could not be together because of society's expectations. Romeo and Juliet were probably doomed from the start because their families did not get along. Romeo and Juliet both had really selfish desires because regardless there would be no good ending to the relationship. Romeo and Juliet‘s death could have been avoided. If only Juliet and Romeo didn’t meet. If Romeo and Juliet did not commit so soon maybe they would have not desired each other so much. I feel as though if they didn’t get married they wouldn’t have felt obligated to be with each other. Romeo and Juliet had to constantly be having people talk between them and for them. When information does not travel from two people directly they can be misinterpreted especially because the way of communication was so inconvenient. The nurse would run late and she could have been lying to keep them apart. Friar Lawrence sent someone to travel the word to Romeo but the word did not get across that lack of timing helped lead to an unfortunate death. If only Romeo and Marcita never went to the party, if only Romeo stayed sad on Rosalita. Even if Romeo got kicked out of the party by Capulet he wouldn’t have been able to talk to Juliet. If Romeo and Juliet would have been just barely separated they wouldn’t have fallen so hard. Although the circumstances came into play, In the end Romeo and Juliet were a great outcome because they ended the problems between the families.
