A woman named Shirley Anne Hall has up until December 8 to clear up her Walnut home of rotten oranges that have gone bad, cobwebs from spiders, vehicle parts, musty newspapers and a year’s worth of dirty dishes that have not been washed. Hall, who is age 54, must remove overgrown weeds in her yard and other debris from her yard, which is located on Bartlett Street, Orange County superior court Judge Randall Wilkinson said on Wednesday. If she fails to comply with the order which Judge Wilkinson made on Wednesday, the city will bring in work crews and send Hall the bill for the work the crews have done.
