The simple thing about the question ethics is some people agree the same based of common value of human being. However, why some people disagree is just an ordinary thing but rather, it has to go through some proof of analysis, visualize, and deduce it before they could jump into conclusion on the result of values that guide our daily or life knowledge. During our school, interact with friends, teacher, lecturers also contribute to build someone behavior and nowadays, internet and social media is part of it. Experiences and critical reflection also cause behavior impact. People changes in two reasons, either their mind have been open or their heart have been broken. Relate to this proverb, people change because they have critical reflection what they are going through, either good or bad, it can influence their character in the following days. In addition ethics is important because of the following: 1. Basic Needs of Human Being: Being fair, honest and ethical is one the basic human needs. Every human desires to be such himself and to life in society that is fair and ethical in its practices. For example Honesty, referee this as a symbol of saying the truth and saying it correctly without you hiding anything. We can describe honesty as having a fair behavior or characters, abstain from lying like someone that steal something is not an honesty person and cannot be trusted. 2. Building Credibility: A community that is believed to be driven by moral values is respected in the society. For example is perceived as a government for good corporate governance and social responsibility initiatives.
