The need for human organs is already known and most people believe that human organ transplant may reduce death. The issue or the debate of the legalization of the sale of human organs has been on since the day the first transplant was made. Governments all over the world are looking to come up with ways and methods to legalize the sale of the human organs. This however raises questions of “under which circumstances do Governments have the power and the authority to tell people what to do and or how to use their own body parts and what does it mean to own an organ?. Most religious groups believe that Governments are trying to play God by telling people what to do with their own body parts.

Often it is the poor people who supply organs to people who can afford to buy. Now the legalization of the sale of the human organs raises questions of what will happen when poor people need organs?, who is going to pay for poor people. The legalization of the sale of human organs is going to be a big disadvantage to poor people.
It is proven that where there is a way to make money mankind has a habit of resorting to worst possible ways to make money. People will get killed for their organs, and hospitals might let people or patients die to get for their organs. I think to solve the shortage of human by legalizing the sale of the human organs is not a good solution as people will kill each other.
Governments should just resort to the old system of organ donation, where the donations is upon the willingness of the individual to give their organs not for money but to save the life other people. When an organ is available it should not go to the highest bidder but it should be given freely to the person who needs it the most. The sale of the human organs will only benefit the rich in the long run for they will afford to buy organs and buy themselves a better
