The thing they all had in common was that ,they were all once innocent people gone bad. Tituba was one of the witches who happened to be a slave at the time. When Tituba was asked, she claimed that the devil had come and told her to serve him. She described very crazy pictures of black dogs, red cats , yellow birds and a “black man” who wanted her to write her name on his book. She confessed that she wrote her name on the book and said there where more people looking to destruct the Puritans. Bridget Bishop was another one of the people assumed for the witchcraft.
