Being a part of The Salvation Army, I greatly appreciate the various welfare services that you provide for the people in need by establishing environment where compassion, respect, excellence, integrity, relevance, cooperation, and celebration are valued. I would be happy to contribute my talents as a store manager with a solid educational background in Business Management and with over four years work experience in a non-profit setting at The Salvation Army.
My sales associate role at The Salvation Army has given me the excellent opportunity to learn the overall merchandising, stocking, general production and sales targets procedure at the Salvation Army. Moreover, by being a customer service expert, I am able to identify the needs of diverse people and help them accordingly. By responding to all concerns of customers efficiently with a sense of importance I build productive relationships which help attain higher customer satisfaction rates and customer loyalty that brings revenue for the organization. …show more content…

The experience I gained from working with groups to complete business projects has enabled me to develop my interpersonal skills and heavy course workload has allowed me to develop the abilities of determine priorities and multi-task while keeping attention and focus on details. Also, my active involvement in many academic and extracurricular activities have helped in developing my communication
