I want to join Year Up because the program appeals to many of my interest. I believe that Year Up is a good program for me. I am young and very devoted to learning new things and I believe the whole purpose of Year Up to give us youth the skills and training we need to achieve our personal goals. Year Up is a way for me to gain entry-level skills in the growing field of technology. I believe that I am a good candidate for Year Up because of my determination, hard working mindset, and personal values that will contribute to the Year Up program.
First, I believe by obtaining my Master in Theology from Liberty University it has helped me develop a stronger and deeper understanding of God’s word. My studies at Liberty have set me up for success in the Doctorate Program at Liberty. Liberty seminary staff has very knowledge staff and motivates their students to excel in their studies and gain a full understanding God’s word. The instructors at the Rawley’s Seminary school has a great depth of knowledge and wants the seminary students to gain a deeper understanding of God’s word to be able to minster to other people around the world. We need strong Christian based teachers to educate not only the Churches, but the entire world on why we need to believe in our living God.
I work in health care I am a respiratory therapist in the next 10yrs I would like to see myself in a leadership position or an educator, I would like to stay within my scope of study in respiratory care. As a therapist we see the stunning recovery of patients from a traumatic accident to walking out of rehab. In health care you see patients get a second chance in life. After taking the Focus2 self-assessment my interest profile suggests I work in a social environment because, I enjoy helping people or enterprising suggesting I am ambitious and like to take initiative. The profile paired me with jobs like health care facilities inspectors or family social worker, which showed a median pay of 48,340 (Bureau of Labor Statistic,
A little over two years ago, I started working as a Community Support Individual for Pathways Transition Programs LLC. My primary responsibility is to teach children various coping skills to manage their behavior, I have determined that I want to be able to address the emotions behind the behaviors. My desire is to be able to help the children I work with come to terms with their past histories so they can move on in their lives towards adoption and other positive outcomes. Sometimes, the children are still going through issues such as, on-going traumas, the lost of a parent due to death or incarceration, etc and I would like to develop the skill set to be able to address these issues. I see pursuing my degree through Argosy University as being the next step to take in order to develop a competency in counseling.
I am 17 years old currently at studding health and social care level 3. I am hard working, punctual, a good time keeper, honest, polite and good at listening. Another thing I exceed in is team work, I am good at contributing in groups, as I did extra curriculum activities such as netball which allowed me to work well as a team to achieve greater accomplishments. I am a very hands on person which will make me reliable person who will be always looking to pick up extra shifts, and making the company an even better success. I see myself as someone who doesn’t give up in difficult situations.
I would like to be apart of ASB because I’m interested in helping Medea be the best school it can be. I always like to learn new things and I will appreciate new experiences learning from seventh and eighth graders. I am responsible and I am excited for my leadership skills to be tested. Also, I will gain more responsibility and learn more leadership skills throughout my time in ASB. As part of ASB, I will be able to work with other students who have similar interests and want to be fellow leaders at Medea.
I am currently working as an LPN rooming patients in an OB/GYN clinic. My job includes taking vitals, updating medical records as necessary, preparing exam rooms for the providers, administering injections and medications per order, and recording signs and symptoms for the providers. I work along side the providers and midwives assisting with procedures. I place OB patients on the non-stress testing machines and educate patients on topics such as breastfeeding, maintaining a healthy pregnancy, etc. Working here, I 've been able to witness many situations that drive me to want to succeed as a doctor, such as being able to assist patients who are in active labor or empowering patients to take better care of their health.
No matter what time zone I am in, my phone buzzes most frequently when I am asleep. Whether a missed call from a friend in Kenya, an email from a musical collaborator in Canada, or a LinkedIn message from a U.K. investor in my educational startup, I eagerly wake each morning to many new notifications. Growing up, I traveled extensively, living on three different continents. In fact, my passport looked like my coloring book. Learning five languages and adapting to foreign environments while maintaining my identity, has taught me to value different skills, including networking.
I would like to join Year Up because i would like the opportunity to better myself. Right now i feel like my life isn’t headed into the direction that i want it to, i feel like it’s at a dead end just living paycheck to paycheck, and i know there's more to life than that. I would love the chance to expand my mind and a better, more educated person. I would like to obtain more professional and life skills, more than what i currently have. I currently work at Rhode Island hospital where i've been work as a laundry aide for two years, i'm grateful for the opportunity to work for a company like Lifespan, but i know working in laundry isn't going to get me anywhere other than where i am right now.
How much luck does one need to get drafted by their favorite team right after college? A lot of people say that all it takes is hard work and dedication but I am going to do a little more. Its not my dream to become pro, its a goal because not all dreams become true. If my goal fails, I would like to be in sports medicine.
There are many different things that can impact students in their high school years. Whether these things are friends, activities, or the sports they participate in they all impact the student. Many opportunities are presented to students in high school, although not many impacts the student beyond high school, I believe this opportunity will impact me forever. I would love to be a part of the Early College Program this coming spring. I believe the program will do nothing but help me grow and strive to be a better student and continue being involved.
The variety and assortment of products in today’s world is growing heavily making consumer decisions harder and harder. Thus, the need of in-store visual merchandising be-comes relevant as never before. The more choices consumers are faced with, the more time they tend to spend while making purchasing decision, and visual merchandising may help to facilitate those choices. This reflection paper is aimed at drawing understanding on how visual merchandising influence consumer behaviour and how it stimulates the purchase de-cision.
Graduating High School A day I will never forget was the day that I graduated high school. All the emotions were overwhelming and hard to handle sometimes. It was hard to accept that one of the biggest chapters in my life was about to be over and I was about to start an even bigger one.
When undergoing transitions there can be a range of effects that children experience and can be observed. Effects which can be seen can be either short or long term. Different measures may be put in place to ensure that each child undergoing a transition is fully support and able to successfully get through the period of change. It is perhaps a common misconception by adults that children are quick to adapt and will therefore not be affected by a transition but this not always the case. Most children handle transitions incredibly well
