I am more aware of my strengths and weaknesses, and I have learned to leverage my creativity and empathy to inspire and motivate others. I have also developed a greater sense of self-awareness, recognizing my tendency to prioritize others' needs over my own and my inclination to avoid conflict. However, I also recognize that I have areas for improvement, such as developing my assertiveness and setting clear boundaries.
