This would cause new companies to be formed. Having these new companies would create more cities and better infrastructure. With the infrastructure, not only there would be more products, but companies would also earn more money. With this money economy will boom and countries will be happy. If the water would be shared around the world, this process will be followed and there will be no third world countries. Having these new businesses and more money will also give room for fun parks.
