The anime, The Seven-Deadly Sins, highly fails to dominate the cliché in having godlike super powers. It fails to overcome the cliché because it’s stupidly seen in every heroic anime. Being similar to every other Shounen anime, these godlike powers are overrated and are used for the same purpose depending on the character. If it’s the villain, of-course it’s going to be used to destroy the world; but if it’s the hero, it’s used to save the world. The main character in The Seven-Deadly Sins, Meliodas, is supposedly one of the Devil’s- but he looks like a human child. His dark power that resides within him is uncontrollable which can cause him to go berserk. This type of situation appears in a lot of anime. Meliodas’ power is ungoverned
