Why dose Dracula only drink the blood of women? there is a lot of danger in a women sexuality in the book Dracula by Bram Stoker. Which is why I pick this as the theme of the book Dracula other big part of the book Dracula is the conflict. I believe that the conflict in this book that is the easier to see is men vs his owe fears. now I’m going to tell you a little about the book so you know what it is about before I go in to detail about the theme and conflict. The best example of the danger of a women sexuality is shown by the scene with Lucy and Arthur. when they are in the cemetery and Lucy say “Arthur oh, my love, I am so glad you have come, Kiss me!” (Bram Stoker 175). This is danger for her because after she goes to kiss him she gets stead with a stack by her lover then has her head cut off by Van Helsing. The next one is when is in the begging of the book with Harker and he is talking about the three girls that try to do thing with him. “Three terrible women licking their lips as I appeared they all joined in a horrible laugh and ran away” (Bram Stoker 57). This shows the danger of women sexuality more in the way that sexual thing is all these girls have done with they’re life that it is all they are good for.
