First, the highest percentage of drunk driving which is mostly done by young adults between the ages of 21 and 24, is 30%. This means that drunk driving is a big problem for younger adults. According to MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), a person who has been arrested for drunk driving will drive approximately 80 times before their first arrest! This statistic explains that someone has been able to drive around drunk almost 80 times before getting caught and it is scary to think that I may have shared the road with drunk driver while driving with my family.
