In recent discussions of illegal immigrants, a controversial issue has been whether to boot them out or let them stay in our country. On the one hand, some argue that we should allow them to come into our country because they believe we have the resources. On the other hand, however, others argue that we should not allow them to come into our country. My own view is if the immigrants learn our culture and how we do things in this country, and if the immigrants learn how to speak English and put some effort into making a new life and getting a job I don 't see what the problem
This does not only prove my point further but it also should scare anyone to know that they could die from an illegal alien. Last but not least, is that if the aliens were allowed into America, the government would have to pay millions of dollars for their transition. The aliens are like blood sucking parasites, the blood being our money. Since hundreds and hundreds of the illegal immigration would pass into the U.S, we would be forced to let them not pay taxes. And their health and education, we would have to pay for that as well.
Immigration is very common in the United States, and many want them to be deported. Many people don 't see what happens when we do that. These people can make a difference in so many different ways. Having history background about trying to make it better and it 's not working doesn 't mean that we can use that as an excuse now.
According to a study released last year by the Pew Hispanic Center, as of 2008, 11.9 million illegal immigrants lived in the United States, more than triple the 3.5 million who lived in the country in 1990 (Izumi). Immigration throughout the years has become a major issue in the U.S because of too many immigrants entering the country year after year. The U.S has come to a point whether they should deport the immigrants back to their country. Believe it or not, these immigrants are a big contribution to the U.S. If it wasn’t for them, the U.S economy wouldn’t be where it stands now.
A multi billion dollar wall should not be built. Because the United States is strengthened by illegal immigrants. Immigration has been slowed by increased border protection, however it hasn’t been stopped, but most illegal immigrants don’t cross the border. A majority of illegal immigrants are people who have overstayed their Visa or have been smuggled in vehicles. The truth is, building a wall to stop illegal immigration is useless.
I think that the children of illegal immigrants should be deported. It will not be fair for people who actually try to get into the country legally. A reason I have for this is that many people are getting into our country illegally and it is unfair. Millions of people are trying to get into the country legally and they’re just waiting to get in. Wouldn’t you feel bad for getting into the country illegally when other people are actually doing the right thing to get into the country.
Every year U.S.A receives approximately half a million immigrants. Yes, that is a lot but those aren’t normal immigrants immigrating these 500,000 are illegally immigrating into the US Why do we Immigrate? This is all related to migration being part of history that the need of humans to change place relays on the conditions they’ve live in to the opposite conditions they want to live.
Think of that janitor at your school. That cashier at McDonald’s that is treated rudely by his employees. That lady that sits on the side of the road of the street you go down everyday. They’re all immigrants looking for a better life but didn’t have the money to do so. Some immigrants are treated unfairly and should be given the chance to a better life.
Illegal immigrants in our country has been a problem for years and years. Some people are different, some people think we should just be easy and get rid of all the immigrants but others say “Hey why not just let them in” . In my opinion I don’t think we should stop immigration . Immigration has been around for centuries . That 's how the English came into America .
On March 11, 2002, the public was made aware of the mistake made by Huffman Aviation International, a school down in Venice, Florida that helps to train pilots. This school trained two immigrants, known as Mohamed Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi. These two were just two of the nineteen hijackers on September 11, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service did nothing to stop them (Korman 1). It is unbelievable that a pilot training school in our nation helped cause the worst terrorist attack in the history of this nation. While people feel that immigration is good for the economy of this country, immigration should be restricted more and/or stopped from certain countries for the safety and security of this country, these immigrants do not deserve the same rights as naturally-born United States citizens, and the continuation of more illegal immigrants entering this country.
People dislike immigrants because they are willing to work for less and will take their jobs. People leave their homes for a better life, but it could cost them like if you wanted to go from Mexico to the united states you would have to travel by train and pay for a coyote to get you there while avoiding police and immigration authorities just to have a better chance at life.
Have you ever thought that this country, the United States of America is secured? Sorry to burst your bubble, but it never was, due to illegal immigrants coming from another country without a valid pass. Illegal Immigrant should not be allowed in the United States. There are many reasons why Illegal Immigrants should not be allowed, firstly Illegal Immigrants take jobs from Americans and Legal Immigrants. The next reason is because Illegal Immigrants cause more crimes to be committed.
The United States of America, being a country founded by immigrants, is known all over the world as the land of great opportunities. People from all walks of life travelled across the globe, taking a chance to find a better life for them and their family. Over the years, the population of immigrants has grown immensely, resulting in the currently controversial issue of illegal immigration. Illegal immigrants are the people who have overstayed the time granted on their US, visa or those who have broken the federal law by crossing the border illegally. Matt O’Brien stated in his article “The government thinks that 10.8 million illegal immigrants lived in the country in January 2009, down from a peak of nearly 12 million in 2007.”(Para, 2) While some argue that illegal immigrants burden the United States of America and its economy, others believe that they have become essential and are an important part of the US, economy.
Immigration has always been a crucial topic in the United States government. Especially when it comes to giving amnesty and passing an immigration reform to 11 million immigrants, that live in the country. Many citizens believe that immigrants are detrimental to the well-being of the United States and do not agree with the passage of an immigration reform. One reason is that many believe immigrants take away the jobs of American citizens. Other reasons are that immigrants bring crime to the country and affect the economy.
Immigrants come here and fight for jobs working hard and long days. Usually getting paid not so fair wages. People discriminate and undermine them because of their race, and where they come from. We intentionally rob them from health care benefits leading them and their family to be unhealthy with more medical conditions. “Although America strives to portray itself as a country of opportunity that can transform citizen’s lives, it is actually no different in terms of social mobility than anywhere else.”
