Many think Pony boy has a rough life. He even has his brothers with him at tough times. Just like the rumble how two bit 's, Darry and Pony boy fought the Socs. Then, the greasers win the rumble against the Socs. Therefore, Pony boy will be better with his brothers than foster care.
¨ Opening the case, Ponyboy vs. the foster homes¨ I yell in the courtroom. Ponyboy is a young boy who is part of a ruthless gang known as the Greasers. As a result of this, people are not sure if he needed to stay with his family and friends. There are many arguments to support this opinion. Some of these include him being able to stay with a supporting family, being able to protect himself (self-defense), and some even say that his family would be able to care for him better than a foster home.

Like his idea of Darry hating Pony, and never being “sorry for anything he does.” Ponyboy is focused on what things look like, not the true meaning. Although Ponyboy does not stay like this forever.
First, he needs care for himself. In foster care he would learn to trust people. According to the book it says he trusted no one but himself. Foster care will believe in him and trust him because his bothers were never there for him. Ponyboy there will get help and support for his nessary and for himself.

In the novel entitled The Outsiders, written by S.E. Hinton, fourteen year old Ponyboy Curtis is faced with the deaths of his beloved parents. Now under the care of his oldest brother Darry, Ponyboy and his other brother, Sodapop, are forced to stay out of trouble to avoid being taken away to a boys’ home. However, these brothers are members of a gang referred to as “greasers”, which poses a threat to their good reputation. Throughout the novel, Ponyboy struggles to determine whether or not it would benefit his brothers if he were to be taken away to a home. Though it is difficult for the family to live a somewhat normal life, Ponyboy deserves the opportunity to stay with his brothers.
Pony isn't just a hero to the children, but to Johnny. Ponyboy has helped Johnny through all his tough times that his parents gave him, and was caring when he was in the hospital. As you can see Ponyboy is a true hero

Ponyboy lived with his two brothers Darry and Sodapop after his parents were killed in a car accident. Ponyboy had some friends in the gang: Steve, Two-Bit, Dally but his best friend was a boy named Johnny who was considered the gang`s mascot. Ponyboy was a boy who always wanted to be tough but an accident that happened in the story might make him change of mind on what he wanted to be. He also finds a way of how to finish the gang that was taking place from many tima.
