Siddhartha Transformation

The river provides knowledge to Siddhartha without the use of words and this helps Siddhartha to understand its divine essence as a reward for his intuitive studies. The ferryman aids in pointing Siddhartha in the desired direction as the river serves as the final instructor for Siddhartha. The revelations that Siddhartha receives at the river makes him to guide Govinda into an instant understanding of the nature of existence. No suicide takes place at the river. However, Siddhartha contemplates committing the act as he tries to understand life and the world through hardship. The river, Vasudeva, and the ferryman finally enlighten him and this makes him to denounce the suicidal
