The Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby, Petrogale xanthopus, is probably the prettiest of all the Wallabies. It has a coat of yellow, brown, white and black. This animal's colouring is good camouflage when it is at home on its rocks in the arid interior of Australia. Unfortunately, it was also in demand for fur coats, and many of these inoffensive animals were killed.
Leopard Gecko 's get their name from the popular look of spots that resemble leopards they tend. Yet, leopard gecko 's can have many different ways of looking. They can range from a soft lavender color to as bright as an orange. Leopard geckos are very different from most of the rest of the lizard reptile community. Leopard geckos have eyelids that can actually blink and in general they are very sweet natured creatures.
The Shenandoah Salamander, or Plethodon shenandoah is a very important animal in the ecosystem. Due to the infestations of diseases and pests, it is now considered an endangered animal, or an animal that is near extinction. The ideal habitat for this species is moist forested areas on the peeks of mountain tops. It can not be any mountain top tho, this species is only found on the North facing talus slopes on three mountain tops inside the Shenandoah National Park, which is in Virginia. Due to the habitat of these animals, they are hard to find,and therefore the population is unknown.
howler monkeys live in south america in the tropical forest.the Howler monkey has a very deep howl. Threats to howler monkeys are human,predators,habitats being destroyed. What 's good about their habitat is that they have lots of leaves to eat in their habitat at the rainforest. Howler monkeys only howl when its the beginning of the day and the end of the day. They also eat nuts in the forest.
When I first read about the Scopes Monkey Trail I wasn’t sure what side I wanted to choose. While both sides made great points I agree more with the school teacher John Scopes and his attorney Clarence Darrow. If I was a juror I would not vote to convict John Scopes. Often Christian parents try to shield their children from anything they feel is unchristian like. These children aren’t going to live in Dayton, Tennessee their whole lives, when they go off to college or move away from home there are going to be people whether it’s a professor, spouse, coworker or friend that will teach them about evolution and other subjects the parents my feel are unchristian like so why not prepare them for their future and teach them these things now?

However primates used to have a much more diverse habitat, living in more areas of the world than they do today. Though Gray Wolves are only one animal in the environment they have an impact on other animal populations and resources. By hunting elk, Gray Wolves keep elk herds moving, which prevents them from eating trees, like willow saplings. This helps beaver populations because willow trees are a source of food for beavers.
