Destructed Environment In Our World
The waters turned green, the trees chopped, the clouds turned pink, and so much more due to the way we choose to live. This is a dystopian topic, meaning that the natural world is banished and distrusted. This is a relation to the novel, Fahrenheit 451, written by Ray Bradbury, with the way he describes this world, where the benefits of being a human are flipped around and the world is awful. No shelter, no food, or sickness is the cause of their death. “ Tropical dry forests depend on these fruit - eating monkeys to spread plant seeds.”( science mag news) This fact is proving that since Howler monkeys are dying off, there is no way for the tree seeds to be spread, and if they aren't spread, then they wont grow for all types of animals to live in or eat. “ Threats are so severe that we are losing huge swathes of forests at an alarming rate. The Amazon, the plant’s largest rainforest, lost at least seventeen percent of its forest cover in the last half century due to human activity-- mainly clearing trees to create new or larger farms and ranches.”( world wildlife news) This fact is proving that people are destroying so much of their nature just because they don’t want to move into a house someone else already lived in. People don’t think about the wildlife, they have priorities that are “ more important.” These animals dying off is really terrible and scary to think about for the future.
