One difference is that Katniss had to take care of her mother and sister Prim and they barely had a ruff over their heads and Katniss had to hunt the food and cook it. Miky had all of it. He had a ruff over his head he got taken care of by his mom and brother brandon. Miky didn't have to hunt for his food; it was there from his mom. A similarity between the Hunger Games and Goonies is Katniss has Gale, Prim and her mom which is family to her.And in the Goonies Mikey has his mom, brother and his dad which is family. One more difference is Katniss didn't have a choice really and because she didn't want to lose her sister. In the Goonies Mikey found a map and had to step up and try to get everyone to believe him. A difference is that in the Hunger Games Katniss didn't think about it; she just took Prim's place and in the Goonies they thought about it a lot before they decided.
