The characters that I most relate to in the story are Sniff and Haw. Sniff because he got the skills to recognize and respond to changes in the environment much quicker than the others. He gets excited about creating new things and wants others to get excited with him. Another character that I can relate to is Haw, because he got the ability to understand and connect well with others. In the video, it is Haw who follows the two mice Sniff and Scurry, but at the same time was worried about where Hem is and how he’s doing. In the end, Haw leaves the writing on the wall for others like Hem to follow. My biggest take from the video is learning how to respond and adapt to change. I understand that when things change around the workplace, we’re expected to adapt. Sometimes change is hard because we get too comfortable with what we’re doing and don’t want to acknowledge change. But, in order for us to reach our full potential we must keep moving forward in a direction that support our personal well being and growth. …show more content…

Although the two mice in the video learned to adapt to change faster than others and have the most effective approach, the two little people also bring an important value to the table because they help to make things organized, efficient and caring for others while helping to keep everyone working well as a team.
