Soccer is the answer to our health challenges. Research has shown that more than thirteen million people participate in soccer and that includes women and children. Doctors say we should spend time doing moderate to vigorous aerobic activity and for those who have no health conditions, it should make them breathe hard enough that talking becomes difficult. What better way can we do this apart from playing soccer. One of the reasons why we should play soccer is that, its help improve their physical health. . It involves lots of running, jogging and continuous movement. These types of whole-body activities alleviate strength development and improved coordination while being a great source of truly aerobic exercise. When one is playing soccer the individual will be involved in a lot of thinking and calculation in as to what to do with the ball when it comes around. And in doing so it facilitates mental toughness. It also avails mental awareness. Players don’t always have the ball in their possession so they must prepare for the ball.
