Company can use cloud computing in knowledge management (KM), Cloud based KM systems is have a built-in redundancy. Cloud-based KM in many cases is cheaper than the option and alternatives. Rather than installing hardware and software on every computer that needs access to the network, companies can store it all in the cloud and have people access it using a browser(Velev et al, 2012). When the information is usually stored across many servers and computers instead of in one place, one server outage or power cut cannot bring the whole network down.
