Due to the racism in the american society, social classes find it hard to get jobs or fit into a workplace. Minorities will most likely be found in the the work or middle class. Some people in this world are not born with privileges and advantages, so they will struggle to find a career they want. Many will work in jobs that pay very little or just have bad qualities. This may even be the reason why a lot of people in the United states are in poverty. The work system is a very cruel place. Through the research that I have found, there are many facts about the social classes in labor/work.
First and foremost, there are many examples of workplace inequality. For example, the jobs that are in the upper class seem to be more complex and stable than the jobs that are in the lower class. There are others who disagree. An example of this is how for many Americans, the middle class is a matter of identity, aspiration and lifestyle as much as it is about wealth. This means that a lot of people in America say that they belong to the middle . Something you probably didn't know was that Middle-income households have an annual income between 66 percent and 200 percent of the median U.S. household income. This means that they make between twenty four thousand to seventy three thousand dollars which is not that bad. Also, the distribution of the middle class varies by location and cost of living. The surrounding of where you live can impact the class you are in. For example if you live in an area with minorities, you are most likely in the middle class or lower class. The concept of the middle class goes beyond numbers it's very much a matter of feeling and a state of mind. For example black and older americans are most likely to be in the lower
