Darwinism, the idea that there is one superior race that takes the prize over all others. Generations have believed this, over countless years, multiple races were in conflict trying to prove that they were the one that was chosen to be the best. Arriving in the new world, Columbus and the other settlers helped to prove this by showing that they were more fit to rule the new territory.
