Satisfaction and education
Onibokun (1976) stated in research that the more education, the lower the level of satisfaction. Education has a positive effect on housing satisfaction for renters, but not for homeowners. Some persons with high level of education probably decide to become renters instead of homeowners due to their lifestyle preference. (Lane and Kinsey, 1980).
