Social media and social life is a cause that makes young girls feel different about themselves and wanting to change the way they look. In today’s generation, there is a lot of young teen girls that are very self-cautious about their body. Stuff like this only happens because they see girls who eat so much but never gain the weight, they can fit in anything they find at the mall, boys/men prefer them more than thicker woman, etc. This pressures females to stop eating, instead of them to stop eating what they can do is eat and ignore the fact that they’ll gain weight. Eating is just a way of life and it’s something that keeps us alive. There are ways to maintain weight by eating clean, checking their calories, working out by staying active other than just sitting at home watching TV. Wanting to fit into clothes is something that is not very important since whatever anyone wears it will look nice on them. All girls do feel like they can’t wear what they want since they need that certain body type. Try putting a pair of clothes that you never thought you would wear, you’ll slowing start to feel better about yourself then you think. A thing that most girls don’t know is that when a girl who may be overweight only weighs about say 200lbs but when she sees a girl who is skinny is ways about the same as her is a whole lot different, because that girl may just have a lot of muscle on her. In all women should be proud of the way they look and move on with their social life, I someone went up to them the best solution is to ignore them.
