The National Association of Social Work (NASW) (2008) Code of ethics uses cultural competent without discrimination working with people of all culture not minding their “sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or color” (pp. 1-2). Social worker’s which allowed their personal life, knowledge, and good-will to offer service to the LGBTQ group will not do it willingly because of what their religious belief says about the population of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans-gender, queer, or questioning (LGBTQ) group (Melendez & LaSala, 2006), moreover, social worker’s as professionals should be ready to serve people in all capacity with the knowledge of cultural competent (CSWE, 2016; NSAW, 2015).
