There are many things around America that are similar or alike in some type of way. Whether it’s a disease found in one part of America and the same exact disease found on the complete other side of the country. Or a political crisis happening in one state that also has ripple effects on another state; there is nothing that keeps popping up as much as the large amount of poverty across the world. Poverty is something that can affect anyone. It has always remained in the world as a big mystery that can’t be solved. There have been many solutions from all over the world that have aided in helping those affected by poverty. One of the most effective way to reduce the amount of poverty is to give out and offer/take jobs that provide resources in order to live (Baker). The world today focuses heavily on jobs in order to have a strong and beneficial life. Jobs provide each and everyone with money in which they can spend on daily life necessities such as shelters, clothes, food, and etc. Though jobs are a key necessity in most everyone's lives, many of those who live in poverty do not have access to good and stable job in order to support themselves and their family. “...low morale...poor job satisfaction among district houses…” “We do not have a maximum threshold- we are just expected to cope no matter what the demand…” Poor communication between jobs and people are leading low morale (Osborne). Through these quote we are able to see how through the years, the demand of jobs are decreasing and lack of jobs are also decreasing. With more jobs being in place and being available, people such as that in poverty are able to take it and use it to make a living out of it. There are many efforts from organizations including the government put out there in order to help increase employment rates. One way more people will be influenced to work might be an increase in the minimum wage offered. (Cain) Through this quote we even see one of the efforts from the government to help in increase job employment
