Thank you all for you opinion. I appreciate every single one of you regardless if it matches my own. However personally, this is how I feel. I feel as though this particular man, just needs a little help to get "back". Me and my wife have personally given him a huge backpack full of things to use. (Was I unsure of what he may do?) yes of course but the very next day, he shaved, he had the jacket we bought him on. He looked so happy/thankful. If it comes down to me realizing that it is a choice for him. I will still buy him clothes, shoes, things that people need in order to survive. Because our human race is falling apart bit-by bit. People consistently walked by them. Not one person turned to even look at them; almost as if they were afraid that they would catch "homeless" or they just choose to close their heart to all of it. Honestly i don 't know if anyone has noticed but he doesn 't take more money than he needs. If someone gives him money he uses it until he has no longer, any left. Then he 'll go back to the highway. With that being said, don 't take that the wrong way. High functioning doesn 't mean that he doesn 't show signs or is perfect.
