Gun Control When death is caused by gun violence it’s not the gun that kills, no the gun is just the instrument used to kill, it’s the human behind the gun, it’s the human pulling the trigger, also people in the end will either be for gun control or against it, I am for it, I believe more gun laws should be enforced and created in order to prevent more deaths caused by guns not just in the U.S.A. but all around the world,see gun control is a topic that is talked about often, I am going to be telling you about gun control in the U.S.A and what the main ways we can prevent them from happening are, first there should be more laws made and reinforced, also the topic about private sales, and last but not least the Second Amendment and how it does not protect your right to own a gun. …show more content…

More laws should be enforced for the sole purpose of safety in our country. For example due to Federal Laws there is a three day waiting period for each background check, some of the background checks go quick and easy, others require further investigation, (the three day waiting period), and if the investigation isn't complete on the last day of the waiting period then the sale automatically goes through and that person automatically receives their gun. Also open carry is legal in some states without a permit! Open carry should not be permitted for a couple of reasons, one being the safety of the public, if you walk into a coffee shop open carrying it worries people, it makes them uneasy because they could have a mental illness or something related to that, the point is you don't know who that person is and it would be better if people didn´t open carry, especially without a permit. “There has been an estimated total of 283 million deaths caused by civilians with death to blame” ( Heeding God’s call), people who sometimes have police records and the sale goes through without any further
