King, Tabitha. "StephenKing.com - About the Author." StephenKing.com - About the Author. N.p., n.d. Web. 08 Feb. 2015. On Stephen King's website, Stephenking.com, his wife Tabitha King writes about the life of her husband. Not only does the biography discuss the life of Stephen King as an author but it also discuses the personal life of Stephen before and during his writing career. Tabitha writes in detail about Stephen's life from birth until present. Before Tabitha writes about Stephen's life as an author or English teacher she mentions that Stephen attended a grammar school. This is possibly how and where Stephen learned how to write. I chose this source because I believe it is a reliable and dependable because his wife wrote it.

Julia says that Stephen King is like Payton Manning. She says just like Manning who was a repeat champ Stephen writes amazing and heart pounding books year after year. Her main purpose of the article is to show readers that King is an amazing author. She doesn't do this by describing how he writes his books, short stories and articles, but she does it by saying no one knows how he can capture his readers attention and keep it until the reader finishes his

I completely agree with Lily that this was one of the funniest anecdote that we had read thus far. I think it shows another side of Stephen King because he is a dark horror and sci-fi writer, but reading about his life you see that he is also quite a comedian. In “On Writing” he has been able to make fun of his life and not take himself seriously, and you can sometimes see that he is reflecting on the memories and realizing in the moment of writing what they even meant.
