Stereotypes are images or ideas that are put on a particular type of person. You can not live with them and you can not live without them. Almost everyone can be stereotyped in ways that may be correct or incorrect. There are many stereotypes such as boys are not as smart as girls, Mexicans are lazy and came to America illegally, or African Americans dominate professional sports. At one point, we were all stereotyped but the important thing is how we deal with these stereotypes when they was on us.

So some negative effects are self-injury, poor performance in different activities and even health problems. This is a big problem in our multicultural society.

Moreover, stereotypes can create problems in children. These problems can affect in many ways. We can see the negative effects in several areas such as academic area. Stereotypes also create confusion in children because they are growing up with the idea that they should be a way because the company think it's ideal. All children need to appreciate other people for who they are, not what they seem. Also it is important to respect others regardless of their religion, race, culture, personality and more. It is important to know these values because we as children are the future of this company.

Finally, instead of focusing on all the errors of each type of people we need to start paying more attention to how a person is unique. Stereotyping causes people to feel lonely and even depressed. It is also dangerous to their environment and their social life. We must keep the stereotypes out of the picture, even if sometimes we can be victims ourselves. Stop judging others before connaitres
