A 16 year old is on trial for a murder and he could receive 25 years to life in prison. I could tell you that he is guilty or not guilty, but you have to decide whether he is guilty or innocent with the evidence I provide to you. A 16 year old African- American, Steve Harmon, is guilty of the murder of Mr. Nesbitt. Steve Harmon is on trial for the murder of 55 year old Aguinaldo Nesbitt and Steve could possibly receive 25 years to life in prison. Steve said he did not kill Mr. Nesbitt. James King said he did not kill Mr. Nesbitt, so who killed Mr. Nesbitt? Steve’s fate is on the line. Many say that he did not kill Mr. Nesbitt, but who ever said that is absolutely erroneous.
