Assessment of Strengths and resources There are a number of strengths’ and resources that I have pinned down for this family.
Effective communication
The most important characteristic of strong, healthy families is effective communication. This is an essential building block of strong marital, parent-child, and sibling relationships. Encouraging two-way communication between Yash and Nandini as well as Rahul and Yash is extremely important because it would enable them to express their views, wants, and concerns to each other. Open and honest communication would create an atmosphere that allows them to express their differences as well as love and admiration for one another. Research identifies communication as an essential building block of strong marital, parent-child, and sibling relationships.
