Surveys reveal that 1 of every 3 U.S workers will participate in a turnover within the next six months whether it is better career options, feelings of skills or talent not being recognized or conflict with general work conflict (Wilkie, 2015, para. 1-4). According to Jerabek (Wilke, para. 22):

Every employee has their reason for leaving a company and staying within a company whether it’s an internal perspective or an external meaning the employee’s personal life that may or may not conflict with their work. Four reasons being toxic work environment, lack of work/life balance, ethical dilemmas, and conflict of management which may all be prevented.

I remember when I first got called in for my interview; there was about 15 other candidates that were being interviewed with me. When I was hired, I was the only one that was chosen. As the months went by, former employees would vent to me that they didn’t feel like working there anymore whether it was they found a new job, conflict with the manager, ethical dilemma, personal issues, advancement with the sister company, Abercrombie and Fitch.
