The story A Rough Handshake by Alberto Alvaro Ríos is about Rios describing going through a town on the Mexico-US border called Nogales. He talks about the different buildings and places while explaining things he would do there as a kid. He explains how things are changing in his home town, mostly for the worst. I believe that the most significant moment in this story is when Rios is remembering the cartoon clock that would pop up before the movie would start at the drive-in movie theater, which is now just a swamp.
