The purpose of the article, "HHS issues funding opportunity for Information Sharing and Analysis Organization for health and public health sector, (HHS.gov," 2016), addressed cyber security issues. The Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) and Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), leveraged the existing Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (ISAO) capabilities by providing cyber security training to Healthcare and Public Health (HPH) specific to the types of cyber threats in their sector. Moreover, as noted in the article, “Using an ISAO to exchange cyber threat information with these healthcare organizations, bi-directionally between HHS, and the Healthcare and Public Health Sector, we hope to build the capacity to prevent better, detect and respond to cyber attacks"(HHS, 2016). Furthermore, the results of the collaborative efforts each HPH is responsible for disseminating cyber threats to other HSP entities on an equitable and timely basis, thus effectively limiting the cyber attack. The Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2016, (CISA), initiative fosters the development of methods that support the sharing of cybersecurity threats and risks. Managing health IT is essential and necessary to information sharing infrastructures and capability within the Healthcare and Public Health Sector. Moreover, amidst the threat of an established robust attack on the privacy and protection of health information, which is fundamental to the digital HPH information (HHS,
