The Affordable Care Act is the law that President Obama signed on March 23, 2010 transforming and modernizing the American Health Care System. HHS regularly collects and analyzes performances data to inform decisions. According the data given in the report, of the five strategic goals: 89% spent on goal 1, 3% on goal 2, 6% on goal 3, 2% on goal 4 and less than 1% on goal 5.
