Gavin Brupbacher, et al. in the article, "Music in CrossFit?-Influence on Performance, Physiological, and Psychological Parameters." does a study with four CrossFit trainers, which had a shocking result. He had two CrossFit trainers train without music and two with music 20 minutes a workout for 2 weeks and it showed that the trainers that trained without the music had more production. This was really interesting to me. I don’t understand how the trainers without the music were more productive. The more children that are diagnosed with autism schools hire music teachers with a lot to a little experience in the field due to the number of children. This was the best source here I believe with a very good connection to me. I would use this source as a closer and something to think about when it comes to how powerful music can actually be. It is the response to the children that makes this a really reliable source.

With is definitely true. I found myself way more ready to go for basketball games when I played in high school versus an away game with no music.
