Thousands of business owners world wide would love to know how to change employess midsets into in leaving the place clean and meeting sales goals. As business owners , there 's alot of bad advice out about ways to handle a better store along with maintaining it to be clean. But, if you want to succeed in The Royal Clothing Industry if is important to find strategies that are proven by research. Fortunately, psychology provides a good place to start . In the articles " The Craving Brain " by Charles Duhigg and " The Effort Effect " Marina Krakovsky , describes work of psychologist Carol Dweck offers clinically supported advice . According to Duhigg the effect of habbits that deals with behaviors . On a different note Krakovsky suggests we find a way to fix these people problems . Although Duhigg and Krakovsky offer lots of important ideas, as a business owner I believe the most important things I can do is to help their habits to change and fix what I need to do to keep overnight clean . It means that I will have the place presentable because people wouldnt want to shop if they know that the place is dirty . So , it will create a better atmosphere to build sales along with create it easier.

Using Diggins daily activity method , I would first role play . Asking them , How would you like your store and why ? Thinking that most people would want to be clean I would use the cue , routine and reward method after that . I would do myself at first making sure they see how to do it . Then , I will want them to do it daily as if its there store and how when they will like to see it . The reward would be that sense of accomplishment on both ends . Seeing it on both ends of accomplish as a business owner or as a employee at the end of the day knowing we getting the job done . Also knowing that the presentation is presentable
