Think about those last words your principal says as you're running out of the school doors......... That could be gone forever. You will never hear those words again! The problem is, President Obama is suggesting to have schools be on a 12 month calendar. Some people agree while others disagree. I disagree! Summer break should stay! We should not consider a 12 month school , as an option.

My opinion is that we should not consider 12 month school! First of all, many, many, people in the United States are becoming poor. If people around the world can barely pay for a house or food on the table, how would they pay for extra weeks and buses!(pg.15) Also, summer break is a “Time for families to reconnect and for kids to recover
