These stories are are odd in there own way. Some of the stories are chilling. Some of the were downright creepy. The authors made the stories very well. Dahl, Jackson, Connell all create lots of suspense with the setting, characters, and storyline. The setting in the all of the stories are creepy in their own way. The most dangerous game is at night of this mysterious island. Most of the story is at night and Zaroff is hunting Rainsford. The island is a giant forest and it has a swamp that has quicksand “I suggest too that you avoid the big swamp” (Connell 228) it's pretty much a giant tomb.
