The first economic stance is called Neutral. Neutral stance generates more tax revenue for the government. The next economic stance is called expansionary. Expansionary is essentially where the government is spending more money than it is collecting. The final economic stance is called contractionary.
As a nation we have become tolerant of other cultures. We have come a long way from slavery and the internment of the Japanese-Americans in the mid 1900s. There are organizations that do not discriminate based on cultural aspects like the many of the YMCAs found across the country. For example, the Hickory Foundation YMCA is a multi-cultural hub that benefits from the cross-cultural interactions. I have practice in the YMCA pool six days of the week.
One of my tasks while volunteering for YMCA California was making decisions on the layout and type of activities available during camp, thereby helping ensure that everything ran smoothly. As well as making sure health and safety regulations were kept in line and other factors were addressed. To make this decision I reviewed the range of options available in terms of budget, existing activities, what other YMCA workers were trained to do in terms of specialist activities. I also gathered information from the YMCA Youth members and other sources to see what is currently in the public’s interest. I considered and developed a provisional layout and itinerary and then review any decisions made.

After viewing the job posting for the Marketing & Communication position on the YMCA website, I believe I am an exceptional candidate for this opportunity. I am Currently a junior at Communication and media major at DePaul University, where I have developed and demonstrated valuable communication. Throughout my time at DePaul, I had the opportunity of attending classes with instructors who have worked closely in the communication field.
