The Arthur R. Baxter YMCA is a non-profit organization that has been bringing about positive change to south-central Indiana for half a century. As a part of the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis and the YMCA of the USA, the Baxter YMCA is a driving force behind the Y’s mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Lutherbrook Child and Adolescent Center was founded in 1873 located in Addison, IL. It is a highly specialized residential treatment center for youth ages 6-18 who have experience multiple and complex traumas. Their mission is to help a child return to a living situation. If appropriate they might be able to return to their biological family or maybe to a foster care family. The programs they offer are designed to meet each child’s individual needs by helping them acknowledge his/her strengths, skills and see what the child needs in order to successfully resume to family or community living.
Given that I was born and raised in Puerto Rico by two Haitian parents, I’ve always had a strong concern for the poor living conditions in developing countries. For this reason, I am deeply passionate for international development focused on education, human rights and health. I consider working with the Peace Corps one of the highest possible callings. My wonderful years in academic philosophy studying Ethics and Foreign Languages have honed my ability to communicate well and sharpened my research skills. Yet, my professional goals in international affairs and development require a broad, multidisciplinary approach to program analysis, research and theory.

In no time I had coordinated with the Chaplainand set schedule of recurring weekly services to be held in our recreation tent. Gisselle Zepeda Mr. Lievre American Government Credit 5 Board of Education of Westside Community Schools Versus Mergens The Equal Access Act upheld by the Supreme Court in Board of Education v. Mergens, 1990, requires public secondary schools to allow access to religiously based student groups on the same basis as other student clubs. The school administration denied a group of students their right to create a Christian after school club. The students intended for their club to have just the same privileges and club meetings as all other after school clubs. The schools excuse being that it lacked faculty support which led to the school and district being sued by the students.
The YMCA’s methods of capturing and preserving the interests of its target audience remains almost exclusive to its overall brand. Although the organization’s prosperity is greatly due to strategic planning and the overall uniqueness of the establishment, the YMCA must still consider the challenge of neighboring businesses willing to compete. Two of the YMCA’s biggest competitors may include Fitology and Planet Fitness. Generally, each business exhibits its own unique standards of services, equipment and resources, and overall culture that are explicitly specialized to its objective.

There are many way that authors create and describe the characters for their stories. In “ The Cask of Amontillado¨, ¨Thank you M 'am¨, and ¨The Most dangerous game¨ the character Montresor, Mrs. Jones, and Zaroff by the use of speech, action, or appearance. In The Cask of Amontillado, Thank you Mam, and The Most dangerous game the author uses characters speech to develop the character personality.

Kate Smith, the Aquatic Supervisor, has to decide if switching to the new Red Cross Swim program is the right choice. Additionally, she must deal with ongoing parent pressuring and complaints towards the current program and staff. Lastly, with a limited marketing budget, she must effectively market the different programs John Rhodes has to offer to increase capacity during the off-peak hours in the summer evenings (Matthews et al., n.d.). Recommendations/Implementations
The Boys & Girls Club Organization follows the Youth Development Strategy. This strategy describes how the impact of youth development professionals and volunteers interact with young people. All programs that are implemented purposes are to maximize opportunities and assist with the young people attaining the five basic senses; a sense of competence, a sense of usefulness, a sense of belonging, a sense of power and influence. The programs that the Boys & Girls Club offer to assist with the members of the club acquiring the five senses are Manhood, Smart Girls, Smart Moves, Triple Play Program, and Net Smartz.
Since 1902, parents and volunteers have helped the 4-H program develop successful leaders, build young minds, and set the path for 4-Hers to take on the world. Volunteers and parents are a major reason for 4-H’s success in youth development. Volunteers and parents help make 4-H possible. Without 4-H volunteers and parents the program would not have the mentors, leaders, and guidance that the 4-H members need in order to learn the new skills that 4-H has to offer (“Positive Youth”). The 4-H Youth Development Program (YDP) strives to provide quality leadership for youth participating in 4-H Youth Development Programs, events, and activities.
Camp Guide, based from the Health Rocks! 4-H Curriculum, was produced and distributed state-wide to agents. I was part of an invited group to present a workshop to Ohio Extension Agents regarding implementation of Health Rocks! in camping programs. This guide and others have been forwarded to 4-H National Council who have produced a Health Rocks!
Mrs. Fehrman, I've always taken joy in being a leader. Having the ability to help guide someone in the right direction intrigues me. That's why I would love to have a leadership position in National Junior Honors Society. I'm specifically interested in being the president, but if I don't get it, I would love to fill another position. I promise that if given the opportunity, I will be a responsible, honest, creative, committed, positive, and productive leader.
