Arch Grants should execute such a model to not only increase the number of applicants, but also the quality of applicants. Additionally, Arch Grants should reintroduce its Instagram account. Instagram is one of the world’s fastest growing social media platforms, and, because it appeals to the younger generation, Instagram is perfect for building a global following of intelligent, globally-minded entrepreneurs. The first step for Arch Grants would be to survey grant recipients to examine the diversity in their current workforce. When our team spoke with Ben Burke, we were informed that Arch Grants did not have any data on the number of LGBT*QIA people currently associated with the organization - this needs to change. We recommend that Arch Grants record the number of people who currently identify as LGBT*QIA by using software such as Excel, SPSS, and MATLAB & Simulink to optimize their future
