FOF# 1: Differentiation To better compete in an industry or price sensitivity is a valuable factor to consider, delta airlines needs to differentiate itself from its competitors to create sustainability through customer retention and loyalty. To stand out from competitors like United Airlines and American Airlines are competitors of size and proximity, Delta must implement strategies designed special services for customers. Delta services have a reputation for being bad, I think the company needs to focus its efforts to provide superior customer service to attract customers.
